In January 2015, Fisher Sand & Gravel - New Mexico, Inc. won a statewide Smoothness Award for a project that was completed on Interstate 25.  In February 2016, this same project was the recipient of a National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA) Quality in Construction Award for excellence in construction of an asphalt pavement.
